Fausto's sire, Umbro van het Polderbos, is one of the top dogs in the history of the breed, a 3x National Club Sieger, 23x Sieger and
2x National Working Champion among his many other titles. In 2004, he sired 3 out of the 4 ARV & USRC National Youth Sieger &
Siegerins. Umbro's pedigree is one of the most successful combinations of top conformation and working/sport dogs in Europe.

Umbro is very correct and compact, with very good bone, excellent dark eyes (1A), black mouth pigmentation, excellent front and rear
angulations and a very typical head. He is a dominant producer these traits as well as his excceptional head type, black mouth, dark eye
and heavy bone like his world famous father, Matcho v Burgthann.

Umbro was a very confident, clear-headed and social dog that possessed a phenominal temperament and impeccable drives. He was
perhaps one of the best tempered Rottweilers I've ever seen...until Fausto. He passes these outstanding genes along to his offspring,
and continues to long after his tragic and untimely passing at 6 years of age to poisoning.

Fausto's paternal grandfather, FCI Int'l CH, OBJS'93 Matcho von Burgthann SchH III, IPO III, BH, AD and Gekort bis EzA, is one of
the top producers of head type, super bone and very good substance. Matcho is known to consistently produce his broad strong
muzzle, broad topskull, lareg correct earset, dark eyes and dark mouth and short strong topline.

Fausto is linebred 4-5 on KS'85 Hassan von Konigsgarten, SchH III, AD who is also known for producing super bone and head type,
via the full brothers Irk and Chris vom Obergrombacher Schloss, SchH III, FH, AD, GEKORT bis, ZtP. Fausto is linebred 4-4 on Chris.

Fausto's paternal grandmother, Raika vom Schloss Hexental, produced 2 World Champions and 2 Vice World Champions for the top
Belgian kennel, van het Polderbos (Tyson, Tron, Umbro and Xplosiv van het Polderbos) in only three litters. She is known for producing
correct toplines, excellent rear angulations and extreme drive which is a hallmark of the famous working kennel vom Schloss Hexental.

Fausto's great grandfather is FCI Int'l CH, BS'82 Muck vom Gruntenblick SchH III, IPO III, FH, AD, BH, a 2-2 linebred son of ES'84,
Bea von der Hembachbrucke , SchH III, IPO III, FH, AD, Gekort bis EzA, a daughter of the famous Ives von Eulenspiegel; Bea is
the dam of both Falco and Duna vom Gruntenblick. Muck is a ½ brother to FCI Int'l/VDH CH. , ES '93, KS '91, 92, KJS '90 Noris
vom Gruntenblick , SchH III, IPO III, FH, AD, BH, Korung bis EzA, another top producer of excellent type Rottweilers.

It is with heavy heart that we say goodbye and godspeed to Canuso's Athena Bellissima, CGC. Athena left us on April 29 just 6 weeks after her 14th birthday. We miss you old girl!
